ROTJ Imperial Guard Force Pike

I created this kit for a group project I’m working on with my friends. I am very happy with how the parts turned out I decided to offer them for sale as a finished prop or in kit form. The pike in the above pics is my first mock up and doesn’t represent the finished product, as soon as I have pics of the more refined finished product I’ll post them. The pike’s over all length is 48″. The hilt is 16″, the center shaft is 25.5″ and the top is 6.5″ . Using screen captures and pics of the original prop on display I was able to scale up the pics and accurately reproduce the prop using wood and aluminum to create masters for casting. The hilt and top are pressure cast in urethane resin and the center shaft is 3/4″ pvc pipe. The kit is designed to be broke down into 3 parts to aid in transport. Like the original props aluminum tape is used to create the polished metal look, there will be seam lines and defects in the aluminum tape just like the originals.
